Because Arvella products are custom-made and handcrafted, returns and cancellations are limited. This policy is part of the sales agreement.

Return Conditions

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and delivery report.

Custom Production

No returns for custom sizes or personalized color/material options.

Exchange Terms

In-stock items may be exchanged depending on availability. Exchange requests follow return conditions.

Shipping & Installation

Returns are not accepted for installed, used, or unpackaged items. Check items upon delivery.

Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible before production. Once in production, cancellations are not possible.
